Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases and use of The Loyal Canine online store, operated under the name The Loyal Canine and hosted by Shopify. Questions can be sent to Support@theloyalcanine.shop.

Products and orders

Review the product description, selected size and color, price, delivery address and shipping charge before placing an order. Apparel measurements describe the finished garment rather than body measurements. Design mockups show the intended artwork; clearly identified supplier model photographs show the fit of the blank garment. Screen displays and normal manufacturing tolerances can affect appearance. Product availability may change.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. If a product is unavailable, a material listing error affects your order, or payment cannot be processed, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an agreed price without your consent. Any canceled item that has been charged will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment services offered at checkout. You must provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy describe delivery estimates, separate shipments, returns, cancellations and remedies. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Those policies form part of the information provided with your purchase.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders. Our original artwork and branding belong to The Loyal Canine or the applicable rights holder. Buying a product does not transfer reproduction or commercial-use rights in its artwork.

Changes and contact

We may update product offerings and these terms for future use. The terms presented when you order apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
