Shipping policy

Whether it is a familiar face to wear or something just for your dog, here is what to expect while your TLC is on its way.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or international destinations. Available shipping options are shown at checkout for your items and address.

Delivery estimates by product

The estimates below match the delivery notes on our current product pages. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; busy periods, stock availability and carrier delays can take longer.

  • Regular-Fit Tees, Women's Premium Tees and Oversized Hoodies: estimated delivery in 5–12 business days, including production and standard shipping. Our apparel is printed for you in the USA.
  • Treats and chews (Chicken, Turkey and Beef Chips; Deer Antler Chews): estimated delivery in 3–7 business days. Orders are usually dispatched within one business day.
  • Orthopedic Bolster Bed: usually dispatches within 5 business days. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination. Your tracking link will show the delivery estimate.
  • Waterproof Collar & Leash Set: estimated transit of 2–5 business days after dispatch with USPS Ground Advantage within the contiguous US. Processing time is additional and varies. Other shipping services may differ; follow your tracking link for the latest arrival estimate.

Shipping charges

The final shipping charge and any applicable tax are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard shipping within our delivery area:

  • Orders of $70 or more: free standard shipping on the whole order.
  • Orders under $70 that include apparel: $4.99 per order.
  • Orders of only treats, chews or Waterproof Collar & Leash Sets: $4.99, free when the total cart merchandise subtotal is $35 or more.
  • Orthopedic Bolster Beds: always free standard shipping.

Standard shipping for your whole order is never more than $4.99 within our delivery area and online order limit. These thresholds use the total cart merchandise subtotal, and discounts can change whether an order qualifies.

Online order limit

Orders containing apparel, beds or collar/leash sets have an online limit of $715.99 in total cart merchandise, before shipping and tax. Automated shipping rates for those items are not available above that amount. Reduce the quantity or remove items before checkout if your cart exceeds this limit.

Separate parcels and tracking

Items may ship from different locations and arrive in separate parcels, each on its own schedule. Tracking is provided when each shipment is dispatched. Follow the tracking link for the latest carrier updates.

Address changes and delivery help

Please check your delivery address, breed, size and color before placing an order. If something needs correcting, email support@theloyalcanine.shop promptly with your order number. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production or dispatch begins.

If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us at the same email address or use our contact form. We will investigate and explain the available resolution. Contact us before sending a return; the address on a parcel may not be the correct return address. See our return policy for details. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
